主要研究领域

长期从事食品重要功能组分微/纳米递送体系构建、形成机制及品质精准调控研究,在Angewandte Chemie International EditionACS NanoJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文40篇,其中ESI高被引论文3篇,累计他引2900余次(Web of Science核心合集统计),H指数33。相关研究成果被Science DailyCNETFOX NewsYahoo、康奈尔大学官方主页等媒体报道。担任Food Chemistry客座编辑。2020入选北京市海外高层次人才项目2022年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家。
